Colour Codes for Digital Editing

I thought it would be good to post this up here. A quick reference to colour codes which can be used in editing software and take some of the mystery out of finding layer colours especially for tinting photographs.

I often use brown or pink tints when processing, mostly when working on editorial fashion when I need to give a vintage cross processing effect.
